Boats will depart between 8.30 am to 9.00 am (unless specified otherwise in the departure list). Please ensure that you arrive according to the schedule provided. AG HOLIDAY SDN BHD will not be responsible for any delay caused by the passengers' failure to present themself at the determined time.
No refund will be given in case of missing trip due to passengers' own fault.
AG HOLIDAY SDN BHD reserves all rights to delay or change the departure time due to any reason without informing the passengers beforehand.
