Booking Terms & Conditions

All bookings made with AG Holiday Sdn. Bhd. on the website agbook.my are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
By making a booking, the Customer agrees to abide by all terms and conditions listed on this page.

Semua harga yang dipaparkan adalah dalam Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Semua pelanggan perlu membuat pembayaran penuh untuk semua tempahan sebelum tarikh perjalanan.

Proses Tempahan

  • A booking is only considered by AG Holiday Sdn Bhd as valid:
    • once the pre-payment (from customers that chose partial payment method); or
    • the full payment is received .
  • The customer is obliged to provide valid and complete details during the booking process.
  • AG Holiday Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any issue arising from incomplete or invalid data provided by customer.
  • Pelanggan boleh memilih antara pembayaran penuh atau pembayaran separa untuk tempahan mereka.

Pembayaran

  • Untuk pembayaran separa, tempahan akan disahkan selepas menerima pra-pembayaran. Jumlah pra-pembayaran bergantung kepada pakej yang dipilih dan jumlah penumpang.
  • Setelah pra-pembayaran diterima, satu e-mel mengandungi maklumat tempahan serta pengesahan tempahan akan dihantar kepada pelanggan.
  • Bayaran penuh perlu diselesaikan selewat-lewatnya 24 jam sebelum waktu perjalanan untuk mengelakkan tempahan daripada dibatalkan.
  • Semua pembayaran hendaklah dibuat melalui perbankan dalam talian melalui pautan yang disediakan di laman web atau dalam e-mel melainkan dinyatakan sebaliknya.
  • Untuk saluran pembayaran alternatif, pelanggan dinasihatkan untuk berunding dengan bahagian jualan untuk maklumat lanjut.

Terma dan Syarat yang disenaraikan di sini adalah tertakluk kepada perubahan mengikut budi bicara AG Holiday Sdn Bhd. Sebarang pengubahsuaian akan dimaklumkan melalui saluran berikut:

Polisi Penjadualan Semula

  1. Pelanggan boleh menjadual semula perjalanan dengan mengisi dan menyerahkan borang di halaman berikut: pautan.
  2. Penjadualan semula adalah dibenarkan tanpa sebarang kos tambahan, sekiranya syarat-syarat berikut dipenuhi:
    1. Permohonan penjadualan semula diserahkan sekurang-kurangnya dua puluh empat(24) jam Sebelum tarikh asal perjalanan. Sebagai contoh:
      1. Sekiranya tempahan asal adalah untuk daytrip pada 2024-03-01, makan permohonan penjadualan semula hendaklah dihantar sebelum jam 11:50 PM, pada 2024-02-28;
    2. Salah satu daripada berikut adalah benar:
      1. Perjalanan tersebut tidak pernah dijadualkan semula oleh pelanggan sebelum ini; OR
      2. Perjalanan tersebut telah dijadualkan semula SEKALI SAHAJA oleh pelanggan;
    3. Mana-mana penjadualan semula yang dibuat oleh pihak AG Holiday Sdn Bhd untuk sebarang sebab seperti, namun tidak terhad kepada, cuaca buruk atau masalah teknikal, tidak dikira untuk keadaan yang dinyatakan dalam (B)
  3. Yuran penjadualan semula sebanyak RM 25 akan dikenakan bagi setiap penjadualan semula yang tidak memenuhi kriteria yang dinyatakan di atas.

Polisi Pembatalan & Bayaran Balik

Cancellation Policy

  1. The customer can cancel the trip before its commencement by informing AG Holiday Sdn Bhd in advance.
  2. The amount refundable for such cancellations is as detailed in the refund policy below.

Refund Policy

  1. The customer will have to fill in the refund application form at the following page: pautan.
  2. The customer is obligated to provide accurate data. Failure to do so may result in refund application being rejected or delayed.
  3. Sila berikan kami masa selama tiga (3) hari bekerja untuk memproses permohonan anda. Setelah permohonan anda diluluskan, bayaran balik anda akan dipindahkan ke dalam akaun yang diberikan dalam borang permohonan pada hari Isnin atau Jumaat berikutnya.
  4. Untuk mana-mana pakej yang melibatkan penginapan disediakan oleh pihak ketiga, tiada sebarang pemulangan bayaran akan disediakan.
  5. Jumlah bayaran yang boleh dipulangkan semula adalah seperti dipaparkan dalam jadual di bawah.

  1. Dalam keadaan tertentu seperti yang disenaraikan di bawah, jumlah yang dibayar boleh dikembalikan:
    1. Akaun bank pelanggan didebitkan beberapa kali atau jumlah yang berbeza daripada jumlah di dalam invois yang diterima oleh pelanggan disebabkan oleh kesilapan teknikal. Dalam kes sedemikian, lebihan jumlah bayaran akan dikembalikan kepada pelanggan.
    2. Tempahan berganda disebabkan oleh kegagalan pembayaran semasa cubaan pertama. Dalam kes tersebut, tempahan yang berganda itu akan dibatalkan oleh AG Holiday Sdn Bhd dan sebarang bayaran berganda akan dipulangkan kepada pelanggan.

Terma & Syarat Promosi Early Bird

  1. Tempoh Masa Tempahan:
    • Promosi ini sah untuk tempahan yang dibuat bermula 11 November 2023 sehingga 31 Januari 2024.
  2. Jangka Masa Perjalanan:
    • This promotion is applicable for selected dates between February 15, 2024 and October 31, 2024.
    • Please refer to the calendar on the booking page for available dates.
  3. Terma Permbayaran:
    • A pre-payment of RM 10 per person (pax) is required upon placing the booking
    • Full payment required at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip.
  4. Ketersediaan dan Had:
    • Promosi ini tertakluk kepada ketersediaan tempat duduk, dengan had maksimum 70 tempat duduk sehari dan jumlah keseluruhan 1200 tempah duduk untuk seluruh musim 2024.
    • Tiada penambahan penumpang boleh dibuat selepas tempahan sudah disahkan. Untuk penambahan penumpang, pelanggan perlu membuat tempahan yang baru.
  5. Harga:
    • Weekday price is RM 109 for adult, and RM 89 for child and senior guest.
    • Weekend price is RM 115 for adult, and RM 95 for child and senior guest.
  6. Penjadualan Semula dan Pembatalan:
    • For any rescheduling from weekday to weekend, the difference in price will be borne by the customer.
    • No refund on the price difference for rescheduling from weekend to weekday.
    • Semua penjadualan semula, pembatalan dan pembayaran balik adalah tertakluk kepada polisi umum melainkan bertentangan dengan terma dan syarat khas promosi.
    • No refund for any booking cancellation made by the customer for this promotion.
    • AG Holiday Sdn Bhd berhak untuk menjadual semula mana-mana perjalanan pada bila-bila masa tanpa sebarang makluman terlebih dahulu.
  7. Force Majeure:
    • Sekiranya pelaksanaan perjanjian ini tertangguh atau terhalang atas sebab-sebab di luar kawalan AG Holiday Sdn Bhd, termasuk tanpa terhad kepada, apa-apa arahan dari pihak berkuasa kerajaan; kebakaran; cuaca buruk; banjir atau letupan; kerosakan kapal; penyelenggaraan yang perlu dan penting; penangkapan atau penyitaan dan proses undang-undang; mogok atau sekatan buruh dari sebarang sebab, AG Holiday Sdn Bhd akan dibebaskan dari kewajipannya untuk menyediakan perkhidmatan sewaan atau lain-lain perkhidmatan.
    • Dalam kejadian pembatalan yang disebabkan oleh Force Majeure, pelanggan yang terkesan mungkin akan diberi pilihan untuk menjadual semula perjalanan atau menerima baucar, tertakluk kepada budi bicara syarikat dan ketersediaan sumber berkenaan.
    • AG Holiday Sdn Bhd tidak akan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kos tambahan atau kerugian yang ditanggung oleh pelanggan disebabkan oleh peristiwa Force Majeure
  8. Pindaan Terma
    • AG Holiday Sdn Bhd berhak untuk mengubah terma & syarat ini tanpa sebarang notis terlebih dahulu.
