Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings made with AG Holiday Sdn. Bhd. on the website agbook.my are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
By making a booking, the Customer agrees to abide by all terms and conditions listed on this page.
All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Customers are required to make full payment for all bookings prior to the date of trip.
Booking Process
- A booking is only considered by AG Holiday Sdn Bhd as valid:
- once the pre-payment (from customers that chose partial payment method); or
- the full payment is received .
- The customer is obliged to provide valid and complete details during the booking process.
- AG Holiday Sdn Bhd shall not be held liable for any issue arising from incomplete or invalid data provided by customer.
- Customers have the flexibility to choose between full payment or partial payment for their bookings.
Payments
- For partial payments, the booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the pre-payment. The specific amount of the pre-payment depends on the selected package and the total number of passengers.
- Upon receiving the pre-payment, an email containing the booking details will be sent to the customer, serving as the confirmation of the booking.
- The full payment must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip to secure the reservation.
- All payments should be done via online banking through the link provided on the website or in the email unless specified otherwise.
- For alternative payment channels, customers are advised to consult with the sales department for guidance.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Rescheduling Policy
- The Customer can reschedule the trip by filling and submitting the form at the following page: link.
- Rescheduling is allowed at no additional cost, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The Rescheduling Request is submitted at least twenty-four(24) hours before the original date of the trip. For example:
- If the booking is for a daytrip on 2024-03-01, the rescheduling request must be submitted by 11:59 PM, 2024-02-28;
- One of the following is true:
- The trip has never been rescheduled by the customer before; OR
- The trip has been rescheduled ONCE by the customer;
- Any previous rescheduling initiated by AG Holiday Sdn Bhd for any reason such as, but not limited to, bad weather or technical issues does not count towards the conditions stated in (B)
- The Rescheduling Request is submitted at least twenty-four(24) hours before the original date of the trip. For example:
- A fee of RM 25 will be imposed per rescheduling done that does not meet the criteria laid out above.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Cancellation Policy
- The customer can cancel the trip before its commencement by informing AG Holiday Sdn Bhd in advance.
- The amount refundable for such cancellations is as detailed in the refund policy below.
Refund Policy
- The customer will have to fill in the refund application form at the following page: link.
- The customer is obligated to provide accurate data. Failure to do so may result in refund application being rejected or delayed.
- Please give us three(3) working days to process your application. Once your application is approved, your refund will be transferred to the account provided by the customer in the application form on the next Monday or Friday.
- For any packages that include third-party accommodations, no refund will be provided.
- The refundable amounts are as shown in the table below.

- In specific circumstances listed below, the amount paid can be refunded:
- Customer’s bank account being debited multiple times or an amount that is different from the amount shown in the invoice received by the customer due to technical error. In such cases, the excess amount paid would be refunded to the customer.
- Duplicate bookings due to unsuccessful payment on the first attempt. In such cases, the duplicate booking will be cancelled by AG Holiday Sdn Bhd and any duplicate payment will be refunded to the customer.
Early Bird Promotions Terms & Conditions
- Booking Period:
- This promotion is valid for reservations made between November 11, 2023, and January 31, 2024.
- Travel Period:
- This promotion is applicable for selected dates between February 15, 2024 and October 31, 2024.
- Please refer to the calendar on the booking page for available dates.
- Payment Terms:
- A pre-payment of RM 10 per person (pax) is required upon placing the booking
- Full payment required at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip.
- Availability and Limits:
- This promotion is subject to seat availability, capped at 70 seats daily, with a total limit of 1200 seats.
- No additional passengers may be added once the booking is confirmed. The customer need to place another booking in case of passenger addition.
- Pricing:
- Weekday price is RM 109 for adult, and RM 89 for child and senior guest.
- Weekend price is RM 115 for adult, and RM 95 for child and senior guest.
- Rescheduling and cancellations:
- For any rescheduling from weekday to weekend, the difference in price will be borne by the customer.
- No refund on the price difference for rescheduling from weekend to weekday.
- Any rescheduling, cancellations and refunds are subject to the standard policies, unless in conflict with promotion-specific terms & conditions.
- No refund for any booking cancellation made by the customer for this promotion.
- AG Holiday Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reschedule the trip at any time without prior notification.
- Force Majeure:
- In the event that performance of this agreement is delayed or prevented by any cause reasonably beyond AG Holiday Sdn. Bhd.’s control, including without limitations, any acts or orders of government authorities; fire, bad weather, flood or explosion, breakdown of the vessel; necessary and essential maintenance; arrest or seizure and legal process; strike or other restraint of labor from whatever cause, AG Holiday Sdn. Bhd. shall be discharged of its obligation to provide rental or other services.
- In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, affected customers may be offered the option to reschedule or receive a voucher, subject to company discretion and resource availability.
- AG Holiday Sdn Bhd will not be held liable for additional costs or losses incurred by customers due to force majeure events.
- Terms Amendment:
- AG Holiday Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
